The colleague we are looking for handles acquisition, develops customer relations, occupies a pivotal position between client and interim community, always seeking to expand the latter. Will write proposals, do search and compile shortlists. They will present these to client and will support and guide the process of selection and hiring. Will keep in touch throughout the process with the interim managers and client.
Profile
We are looking for a colleague with a strategy-based perspective, who is at the same time pragmatic and hands-on. Will have a genuine interest in and curosity for people and organizations. Someone who asks questions, is eager to learn and has a keen sense of the market, but also has self-knowledge. Professional, commercial, a networker, result-oriented, hands-on, original, informal, sociable. Experience in interim mediation is a positive. This is an appeal to a potential colleague for our team, not to interim managers.
