The function

The CEO will lead Greener Power Solutions into its next phase of growth, with the primary task of creating a scalable platform for further international expansion. The CEO will be responsible for rapidly scaling internationally, developing new customer and market segments, and strategically broadening the product and service portfolio. In addition, the CEO will drive the further professionalization of the organization by establishing a scalable and efficient operational foundation tailored to future growth. Throughout this process, it is vital to preserve Greener's existing culture, energy, and innovative strength.

The CEO understands the rental market, recognizes the added value of software, and has a clear vision for the energy sector and the energy transition. He/she is capable of bridging the gap between an innovative company and a conservative end market. The candidate profile

• Extensive executive experience in a B2B(2B) operational business environment where technical products are central.
• Proven successful track record in driving the international growth of an innovative company.
• Experience with rental business models and their associated customer and market dynamics.
• Preferably, experience with software development combined with a physical product/hardware.
• Preferably, experience in, and a clear vision for, the energy sector and the energy transition.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with professional shareholders and boards in a highly dynamic environment. Experience working with private equity (PE) is a plus.
