The function
The CHRO Europe is responsible for the HR function for the Group and sparring partner to the Management Board of the Group.
HR is in the lead of the development of the Group HR strategy and implementation of the HR plans and acts as a critical link between the Group and the Divisions as well as leading Group HR projects.
The position reports to the CEO and will ensure consistency across divisions whilst empowering Divisional Management to drive Group HR initiatives forward.
The candidate
Is a generalist with extensive experience and expertise in HR management; performance management, succession planning, learning and development, talent acquisition/recruitment, comps&bens.
Has proven experience in driving transformation across complex stakeholder landscapes within an international B2B environment.
Is KPI-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented. Combines strategic strength with a hands-on mentality. Is a visionary, decisive, and impactful leader who fosters connection and engagement.
