NTS Group, headquartered in Eindhoven, is a fast growing first-tier contract manufacturer of high-precision components, modules and mechatronic cleanroom assemblies. The company focuses on large Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in semiconductor, analytical and health & industry market, servicing these industries from a global presence across the US, Asia, and Europe.

The position

NTS Group is looking for an experienced business minded Group Finance Director to realize the strategic objectives and build a future proof organization. Together with the CFO, the Group Finance Director is the driver of profitable growth. The Group Finance Director is responsible for finance, legal & compliance and IT.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is highly analytical with well-developed conceptual capabilities and an independent mindset. Has a keen eye for strategy, hands-on implementation and people. He knows how to prioritise correctly and to optimise collaboration within the finance function, as well as collaboration within the group and with NTS facilities, clients, suppliers and other external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate

• MSc. degree, ideally supplemented by an EMFC (RC.) degree
• Sound experience (+20 yrs) in fast growing multi-location and multinational B2B production
• Solid background in financial reporting, business controlling, process optimalisation,
• ERP implementation, preferably SAP and digitalisation
• Hands-on experience with accounting/auditing, transfer pricing, treasury incl. cash pooling and tax
• International focus
