What makes a true leader?
True leaders have specific qualities, which we group into seven categories in line with our vision on leadership. Beyond these qualities, leadership at its core is about the ability and the awareness to proactively and honestly reflect on oneself. Why? Because this is the foundation for developing any quality. The good news is that reflection can be learned, provided leaders are given space, time and guidance. That is, at its heart, our vision on developing leaders. Within SOL we work on development through a combination of action and interaction (solo, in pairs or in groups), of learning and experimenting, of gathering knowledge and gaining experience.
