Team coaching

In a winning team, the team members scrutinise themselves and reflect on what is going well or what can be done better. With the aim of boosting team performance to the highest level. An ideal situation towards which we guide you with Team Coaching.

In line with our motto ‘Winning teams as the engine for innovation processes' we have developed a method that helps improve performance and achieve effective cooperation. In this method, personal growth within and of the team is the main point of focus - obviously related to the organisational objectives and aimed at realising top performance.

Team Coaching Strategy

Whether it involves new teams, teams that have to manage change processes or teams that have to work together more efficiently and more professionally, our Team Coaching strategy always consists of five phases:

  1. Defining the team's objectives
In addition to the clear reason for Team Coaching, we also define what kind of team it actually involves. New, existing, integrated? The basis for the action plan.
  2. Individual and team analysis
A workshop that provides an insight into the personal preferred styles and working styles of the team members. This insight also helps to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the team.
  3. Development phase
In the second workshop, the focus is on optimising cooperation.
  4. Translation to the organisation
In concrete terms, three team goals for the future are defined. The insights that are gained are translated during this phase into a clear plan of action and agreements.
  5. Feedback
Afterwards, during a ‘follow-up day' the effects are discussed, evaluated and, where necessary, adjustments are made.
