In order to operate on executive, BU and MT level, you need a strong dose of substantive and managerial experience. Our candidates are at their best in a changing environment and always like to take on a new challenge. We have known most of them for 10 to 20 years, from the times they finished their studies - at the Technical University, amongst others.

‘Perfect match'

We are in constant contact with the top 10% of the market: candidates who work and think on an academic level. As a sparring partner for our clients and candidates, we can bring the logically matching profiles together. We see it as a challenge to achieve the ‘perfect match'. So we also look at people - needless to say, after consultation - who are not such obvious candidates at first glance. But personality and a different background can sometimes be very effective, certainly when an organisation is changing and developing.

Besides helping to appoint senior management to key positions, we make sure that organisations get connected to our talent network. Based on our very extensive Campus network, we have spent the last 20 years building up relationships with young, highly talented individuals in all relevant branches of study. In this discipline, it is all about people who can combine a strong analytical background (‘Beta types') with a ‘sense of business', so not about pure technical specialists. For example, candidates who have just graduated from their studies and have a few years of work experience, or people who have taken their doctoral degrees who want to continue their careers outside the academic world.
