We work exclusively with very experienced and independently established interim managers that meet the following basic profile:
- At least five years of management experience on executive or MT level
- A broad career profile (in various sectors and positions)
- Several assignments as an interim manager completed successfully
- All-round experience in organisational change (reorganisations, mergers, shrinkages, efficiency improvements, implementations)
- Completed study on higher vocational or university level.
