Vision & Knowledge


We work exclusively with very experienced and independently established interim managers that meet the following basic profile:

  • At least five years of management experience on executive or MT level
  • A broad career profile (in various sectors and positions)
  • Several assignments as an interim manager completed successfully
  • All-round experience in organisational change (reorganisations, mergers, shrinkages, efficiency improvements, implementations)
  • Completed study on higher vocational or university level.
