Types of assignments

During the selection process, in addition to the specific training and experience requirements that we have agreed with you we also examine the requisite competencies and personal qualities of the Executive Interim Manager. These include result orientation, people orientation, presentation, analytical capacity and creativity. Each type of assignment requires different competencies.

Network of Executive Interim Managers

We have an extensive network of Executive Interim Managers who can be deployed in virtually all areas of the private, public and semi-public sectors. They have long-term and all-round experience in senior management and executive positions, with specific expertise in the specialist field or policy area in which they are to be deployed. In brief, the following are the basic requirements for our Executive Interim Managers:

  • At least five years of management experience on executive or MT level
  • A broad career profile (in a variety of sectors and positions)
  • Several assignments completed successfully as an interim manager
  • All-round experience with organisational change (reorganisations, mergers, shrinkage, efficiency improvements, implementations)
  • Completed study on higher vocational or university level.

In addition to these basic requirements, it is important that an Executive Interim Manager matches our current vision of interim management. For more information, see Vision & knowledge.

We work exclusively with self-employed Executive Interim Managers on the basis of an assignment contract. We are responsible to the client for the assignment.
