E[Y]ES stands for Ebbinge [Young] Executive Survey. This large-scale labour market survey focuses on a select group of highly educated professionals on the Dutch labour market in the 25+ age group.
In this study, we compare the views of your own employees regarding their personal motives and ambitions, as well as their opinion of you as an employer, with the general results. It is interesting to compare the results with those of the employees of competitors on the labour market. In other words, as an employer, the E[Y]ES survey gives you a good insight into how you could better utilise the talent of your people and how you can retain them for longer as productive employees of your organisation. To this end, E[Y]ES provides you with relevant indicators and management figures.
As this survey is carried out once every three years, it enables us to keep abreast of trends and developments. The volume of past and present data enables us to put our conclusions in the right perspective.
There are two ways in which organisations can benefit from the results. The first option is to present a general report with the results to an internally determined target group. A second option is to carry out a study under your own (Management Development) focus group. The same E[Y]ES questionnaire is used in this survey, leading to benchmark results that can be compared against the general results.
