Career Coaching


Wherever you are in your career, there is always a next step. Which one? That depends on the answers to questions ranging from ‘What are my skills and what are my wishes?' to ‘Where can I put my experience to use in the best possible way?'. With Career Coaching, we give you the answers.

The main aim of Career Coaching is to give you a perspective and a focus on your growth potential. Career Coaching provides you with a clear picture of your competencies, ambitions and possibilities, supplemented with a plan of attack for the next steps in your career.

Career Coaching strategy

Career Coaching starts with an intake interview that deals with your specific questions. Then, during a one-day assessment  we analyse your competencies, potential and development opportunities. We also identify your motivation, driving force and level of ambition. Then, together with you we evaluate the results in a career interview, after which we make agreements about the coaching process . As a rule, this process consists of four interviews of 1.5 to 2 hours duration. The total process takes around two months, which means there is plenty of time for exercises and reflection.

Results of Career Coaching

First and foremost, Career Coaching gives you a clear insight into your personality, your strong and less strong competencies, and your capacities. Your interviewer is a very experienced coach who has an in-depth knowledge of the labour market and individual and professional development. During the coaching interviews, you gain a step-by-step perspective of the best next step(s) in your career. You will also discuss and gain advice on how to take these steps. In practice, people find that working on their personal development is a new challenge in itself.
