Distributed over 14 university towns and cities, Ebbinge Campus has around 138 active student recruiters, college students in various branches of study who make contact with talented fellow students.
Based on the philosophy that talent recognises talent (our student recruiters are themselves Ebbinge candidates), they look for and select the students for Ebbinge Campus who excel in their study results, personal skills and extra-curricular activities.
Talent recognises Talent
Every year, our student recruiters approach around 1,000 of their fellow students. In their own study groups, student fraternities, sports clubs or through other networks. And that reaps enormous benefits, because only 5% of the candidates put forward by our student recruiters are rejected by us. Another great benefit is that the student recruiters give Ebbinge Campus access to the inner sanctums of the student market. It means that we also know how students rate your organisation, how they combine their studies and their extra-curricular activities, what they consider important in their future careers, and how they orient themselves to the labour market.
